All services are provided in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards and UAE regulatory requirements.

3. Use of Website and Services

Quality Assurance:

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Property:

• All content, trademarks, logos, calibration methodologies, and technical procedures are owned by or licensed to Al Saqr Engineering
• Our name, logos, and ABZI Group affiliations are protected intellectual property
• You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without written consent

Client Property:

• We respect your proprietary information and technical specifications
• Confidential client information is protected under our quality management system
• We do not claim ownership of your equipment or technical processes

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law:

• Our liability is limited to the direct costs of the specific services provided
• We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question
• This limitation does not apply to damages caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct

7. Professional Standards and Compliance

Accreditation Obligations:

• We maintain ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation through EIAC
• All services comply with applicable UAE and international standards
• We reserve the right to refuse services that compromise our accreditation or professional standards

Safety and Compliance:

• Client sites must meet minimum safety requirements for our personnel
• We comply with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Clients are responsible for ensuring their facilities meet regulatory requirements

8. Confidentiality and Data Protection

• We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your technical information and business operations
• Our privacy practices are detailed in our Privacy Notice
• We comply with UAE data protection requirements and ISO/IEC 17025:2017 data integrity standards

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or equipment failures not attributable to our negligence.

10. Updates and Modifications

• We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services or applicable law
• Material changes will be communicated through our website or direct notification
• Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms
